1. SMS Messaging Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages from True North Behavioral Health, you consent to receive SMS messages from us. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling communications, responses to inquiries, office communications, and other service-related messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving psychological or other services from True North Behavioral Health.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with our practice, appointments, and other service-related needs.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone plan and carrier. True North Behavioral Health is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

4. Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from True North Behavioral Health. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

6. Privacy

7. Third-Party Messaging Provider

True North Behavioral Health uses Nextiva as a third-party communications service provider to facilitate telephone and SMS/text messaging services. Your information may be processed by Nextiva as necessary to provide these services and in accordance with applicable law and contractual requirements.

8. Changes to These Terms

True North Behavioral Health may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
